Hounslow Health and Social Care Forum

Run by Hounslow Community Network, the Hounslow Health and Social Care Forum meets four times per year and enables discussion of topics such as commissioning, the Hounslow Integrated Care Programme and the Care Act. Speakers are regularly invited from Hounslow Council and the Hounslow Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

Carers Forum

The carers forum is open to carers who look after: people who are ill, people with physical or learning disability, people who suffer from mental ill-health, people with a sensory impairment; and people with a drug or alcohol addiction. The forum is held twice a year at the Hounslow Civic Centre and is chaired by the carers services commissioning manager. Disability Community Forum

The overall aim of the Disability Community Forum (DCF) is to promote the development of polices, actions and methods of working to seek to ensure the full involvement, inclusion and participation of all people, including people with disabilities. For more information click here.

Hounslow Pensioners Forum

This is a charitable organisation that aims to make known the needs of pensioners in the borough. Holds regular meetings to advise older people in Hounslow on health matters with speakers from specialist bodies. New members are more than welcome telephone number 020 8230 3596.
